New paint sludge recovery and chemical system for Plastic Omnium Warrington
As part of Plastic Omnium’s new multimillion production facility at Warrington, proaqua has supplied and installed three sludge recovery systems and also a fully automated chemical dosing system for their paint coagulation facility.
Additionally, proaqua UK will provide the routine chemical and service requirements to the paint unit coagulation process.
The new Warrington facility will produce parts for Jaguar Landrover UK.
Proaqua were chosen to supply both equipment and chemistry based on our successful performance in providing coagulation chemistry, engineering and service to Plastic Omnium’s sister plants at Measham and Edison Road in the UK.
