Toyota, UK paint line project completion
proaqua UK have successfully commissioned our new solids recovery system for the new plastics painting line at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK Limited, Burnaston, UK.
Working together with Toyota and the primary contractor Geico Taikisha, proaqua designed, built and installed recovery systems to remove paint overspray from the new line together with a bespoke chemical dosing system.
Our software engineering enabled the treatment of 4 separate painting systems with only 3 recovery units, saving cost and space for Toyota.
