proaqua UK are supplying their second SF4 paint solids removal system to Jaguar Landrover Halewood.
This follows successful installation of the first unit in the spraybooth water systems at Halewood in 2014.
Theproaqua system has shown positive benefits since installation, improving solids recovery and reducing cleaning costs for the coagulation systems compared to the previous method of removal.
Without standard coagulation tanks the installation of the proaqua system at Land Rover presented technical challenges for installation and operation.
Expert technical knowledge from proaqua ensured that installation and start up was achieved with no disruption to production. A programme of service provided by proaqua guarantees trouble free operation for the future.
Theproaqua SF4 paint solids recovery system is installed in over 150 water wash spraybooth systems worldwide.
The system integrates with any spraybooth plant, with standard capacities from 10 to 50 kg/h of solids.
The unit is fully automated with onboard PLC control for all operating parameters and with the option of output control for chemical dosing systems, or integration to Plant Management Systems.
Full stainless steel construction ensures maximum return on investment, and minimal maintenance requirements.
