Toyota – France. Paint line award
Proaqua UK Limited has been awarded the contract to supply paint recovery and chemical dosing systems to Toyota Motor Manufacturing, France. It follows the successful project completion at Toyota UK in 2018. Construction and installation is expected to take place in the first half of 2019
proaqua UK have successfully commissioned our new solids recovery system for the new plastics painting line at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK Limited, Burnaston, UK. Working together with Toyota and the primary contractor Geico Taikisha, proaqua designed, built and installed recovery systems to remove paint overspray from the new line together with a bespoke chemical dosing system. Our software engineering enabled the treatment of 4 separate painting systems with only 3 recovery units, saving cost and space for Toyota.
Proaqua UK Limited has been successfully audited and certified to ISO9001 : 2015 standard.
The British Assessment Bureau has confirmed registration for proaqua UK Limited to ISO9001:2008 following a successful audit of our quality systems. proaqua UK is now developing their Quality systems to comply with the new ISO9001:2015 Standard.
As part of Plastic Omnium’s new multimillion production facility at Warrington, proaqua has supplied and installed three sludge recovery systems and also a fully automated chemical dosing system for their paint coagulation facility. proaqua UK are supplying their second SF4 paint solids removal system to Jaguar Landrover Halewood. This follows successful installation of the first unit in the spraybooth water systems at Halewood in 2014.
